Neighborhood Events
Keep an eye out here for information on upcoming board meetings, which are typically held at a board member's house. All members are welcome to attend and observe the proceedings; there is typically a period of open discussion, at which time you may bring any issues you may have before the board. We will post information on the next meeting as soon as we know the date & location.

It's Halloween! Break out your decorations and "treats" and welcome the neighborhood kids as they go out trick or treating.
Annual Meeting, Thursday, November 8
The Mulberry Place Home Owners Association Annual Meeting was held on Thursday, November 8. We met from 7-9 pm at the James City County Human Services Center, located at 5249 Olde Towne Road.
HOA Board Member vote, Tuesday, November 27
Elections for the Mulberry Place HOA Board were rescheduled from November 8 to November 27, to give homeowners additional time to determine their vote, organize any needed proxies, and get the meeting scheduled on their calendar. The meeting took place at 7pm at 3773 Mulberry Lane (Bill's house).
Homeowners voted to re-elect Bill Nicholson and to elect Pam Madden to the board. Many thanks to Bill & Pam for volunteering to serve, as well as to Dan Gentili, who also threw his hat in the ring.
As mentioned during the meeting, there are many other opportunities to volunteer in the community. Please consider joining a
committee and lending your talents!
All are welcome, and highly encouraged to attend!
